Very professional and conscientious with there work. Took my A5 in for a tune and really happy with the results, they also found an inexpensive part that was missing that saved me a big bill. Top Blokes and great YouTube channel too.

Ordered parts in the past and they've always arrived quickly, but I was stuck urgently without my car recently in a key worker role. Darkside were the only ones who had the part readily available for me. Ordered at 4pm, received 11am the next day. The parts themselves were outstanding quality and being a toolmaker myself, I know of companies that will charge triple the price of what I paid. 100% recommend.

Worth every penny, from the start the team at darkside are quick to reply to emails. Even through to having Tony (who definitely needs a pay rise for his quality of work) carry out the initial checks and later recieving the keys back. Once in the car it was immediately noticeable and I even had doubts it was the same car. 100% recommend, I only wish I came earlier.

Darkside goes above and beyond to answer your technical questions and are very knowledgeable. They aren't afraid to recommend a less expensive option if it will meet your needs. Ordering from and shipping to Canada was a breeze even after some confusion on my end, they helped me sort it out. They even worked with suppliers to get out of stock parts to me fast and kept me in the loop the whole time.
