Absolutely brilliant company to work for, they really do stand by the values they promote. Everyone from the CAREGivers to the Managers to the owners play their part in ensuring the care is provided to the highest level. If any member of my family ever needed care there is no other company I could choose. The CAREGivers are happy, friendly, well trained and most of all patient, call times ensure clients and staff don’t have to rush around and staff have lots of time to spend with their clients getting to know them and their likes and dislikes which makes for a much better experience for the clients, their families and the CAREGivers too. 100% recommend

Home Instead have been amazing, supportive and helped to keep my nana safe at home. Since day one I was very impressed in their approach, professionalism and swift responses. The office team were great and got my nana's care off to the best start. Then the Caregiver came...... Wow!!!! A great lady who treated my nana like her own, nothing was too much and she truly had a heart of gold. My nana was able to be in her own home, where she wanted to be, with lovely caregivers around her to help. A weight off my mind and so reassuring throughout. Thank you to everyone at Home Instead Barnsley for being there for us when we needed it.

I am the current Marketing Assistant and took over from Home Instead's first marketing assistant Dominic who did a great job and has allowed me to build on his success. When applying for a placement i wasn't too sure which area of business i wanted to apply for, Home Instead was the first post i applied for and after the first interview i knew it is the one i wanted, luckily i got it! From the very first second i had contact with Home Instead Barnsley i felt welcomed and could just tell that it was a company that genuinely cared for others. While on placement i have had the chance to see Home Instead across all operations, all of the office staff are friendly and the CAREGivers love to help others. The owners Bryn and Jill are local to the area and have been fantastic in nurturing me in my first full time role and you can clearly see that their focus is well and truly on providing quality care for their clients across Barnsley A fantastic company, a fantastic placement, Home Instead Barnsley is one of a kind!
