In all honesty the doctors and nurses are brilliant and can never do enough to help, however I have never dealt with a reception team as rude and disrespectful as this one. We have experienced first hand the reception taking the phone off the hook so it doesn’t call and they so they don’t answer the phone. The reception team are terrible. Real shame to write this given how good the other staff are. Not impressed.

You cant get appointment i tred for 7 days andwas told no appointments every day for seven days i could have been dead. Its disgusting service..

I am attempting to organise my mothers prescriptions on line. I have had an email with around 15 links and no instruction which link to click for my mothers pharmacy. The telephone lines are constantly engaged, or, after 20 minutes are cut off. The answer machine says the surgery is closed but then says it is open until 6pm. I have no issues with the GP's at the surgery, they have been fantastic with my mum but the telephone service is absolutely appalling.

My partner waited 4 hrs on phone before someone answerd told to phone back after 4pm still on phone again at 530 pm discussing service if it was life threatening you better dig yourself a hole before receptionist picks up the phone I think they must be having a tea party I'm glad I'm not at this practice have another cup tea

If I could give zero stars I would. 5 days I have been calling to try and get a prescription and constantly engaged. Clearly leave phone off the hook! Disgusting service
