Great service from all the staff, including on the phone before my visit and whilst in the library itself. All really helpful, friendly and attentive. I used the computer/printing services and this was easy to book and the facilities were really good to use.

Understandably, we're dealing with a pandemic at the moment but it really defeats the purpose of a library when people who want to find a quiet place to study for a substantial time get told they have to leave only after an hour due to limited capacity reasons. Also wondering whether the staff have their own office area because most of the noise while people were in the library space came from the staff themselves.
