Been there a few times had no problems until a security guy came into car park and fined me 100 pound for parking on lite spot land not even giving me chance to go into shop. I have spent a pretty penny or 2 in there over the years NOT ANYMORE BEWARE.

Excellent shopping experience, two bottles of Chandelier cleaner purchased. Arrived in a large box but one had completely leaked out into the box. Telephoned customer services and no quibble at all and a replacement arrived the next day. Its only at these moments you can really judge a company! Full marks.
