Max Griffiths, professional forester. I have used Hayes for many years now and find them excellent! They sold me my first pro chainsaw when I was sixteen and i have gone nowhere else. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff! Great for professional machines or basic garden kit. Excellent work, thank you Hayes!

Had my mower serviced and they did a really good job! Just cut the lawn and it feels like a new mower - thanks guys! Top service and very friendly! Did me a deal on a leaf blower and showed me how it all worked also! Recommended! :-)))

Unhelpful. Manager sent us on a long wrong route to another branch.I suppose he thought it would be funny to send strangers to the area in the opposite direction .

i dont know if they are different company there now but i took my brushcutter in to have new trottle cable fitted that was all that was wrong whith it when i went back to get it they said 60 please i asked why so much only new cable and 15 mins to put on they said they had to sort out the coil as it was damaged cant get new one not made any more so all they did was put some sealer around the cable, bunch of cowboys i still cant get it to run properly i will never go there again , now got to take it some where else to get it fixed properly belive me they are way to expensive and they rubbish
