One star is too many. They took money out of my bank account that they should not of taken causing my self to be over drawn. Had to chase and make numerous complaints before I got a refund, no apology. Vehicle I hired was already damaged and filthy, definitely not cleaned before I picked up, the vehicle so the advertising they use stating how the vehicles are prepared to a high standard is misleading. Poor communication, will never use this company again.

THE Barnstaple branch is producing absolutely disgusting service, I had to wait ages for a car dispute having a disabled child. Was told to wait until 5pm to pick up a car because none was available, to after phoning at least 20 times including head office I was finally given one. To my dismay when I got there I saw vechicles just sitting there. I was driving and the child locks wasn't put on, even though I told them I have a child and I had my child car seat with me. I have been charged a total of 75 for total disgraceful unhelpful service. Very distressing experience.

Drove my hire car very slowly and carefully down the motorway from Heathrow to barnstaple, where they found damage to a front left tyre and front right fog light, i know i did not cause either, 1ooo was taken from my account and i am told i will have to wait 2wks to see the cost of the repair bill, case of buyer beware i will never use them again

I would not recommend i called about hiring a car as my car broke down when I was on holiday a man took are details and sent me a email confirming I booked a taxi only for them to call back 15 minutes later to say they have nothing available after taking my details bad service and very unprofessional would not hire from there again
