Awful service. Original order had half the parts missing. I emailed and asked what to do. I had no reply just a return label emailed and then another order form sent to me. I then had another of the same item, however it was the wrong size. When I emailed to ask which one was the one I required, the reply was rude. They knew which one I needed, helpfully. However I decided against purchasing from them. I returned the parts and received no confirmation of receipt of them. When I emailed to ask if they had received it, they were rude again in their response. I replied explaining I wasn’t aware of their holiday scheduling dates. I won’t be bothering with these guys any time soon. Simple, polite customer service isn’t a lot to ask!

Terrible service.... Staff have no interest in helping you match the parts you need with what they have. They do not want to impart knowledge and wisdom.... as the lady said on the phone. We dont even see or know what the parts are. HATE HATE HATE companies that tell you to go to a vague link and self serve door locks. Some of the photos include images like these but the buying and ordering experience is a nightmare. Terrible. If you know of a company that sells parts like these and cares about customer service and can assist. Please let me know.

Ordered a Thetford Reed Switch - a small but essential item to tell you when the cassette is nearly full! After Leisure Shop sorted out the UK to NZ mail cost the reed was despatched on Jan 16. Much to my delight it arrived and was installed on Feb 1
