I went to see Marianne as she was recommended to me by a friend. During my initial visit, I underwent a few blood tests. The thorough explanation I received of the processes involved enabled me to remain calm at all times. The results of the blood tests indicated that I had some food allergies which I was unaware of. This result was a surprise for myself however I was given a very good, thorough explanation of what the results meant for me which was followed by some very good advice on the simple diet and lifestyle choices that I could follow to help me adjust to these results. I learnt a lot from this consultation. I took all of this information and advice on board and when I returned 6 months later to have some repeat blood tests done, the results were much improved. This was all thanks to Marianne and the great advice and guidance she gave me.

I visited Marianne around 2 years ago and made some serious life choices on the back of it. I have now cut out caffeine, reduced my sugar intake, and have increased my physical exercise levels. You may say so what…. Well, I have more energy, am more alert and make more concise decisions, and sleep like have never slept before. Marianne I thank you for your advice and constructive feedback on how to improve my general wellbeing. I am so pleased that two years on my blood is still healthy and I am on track with the goals I set myself. I coupled this new found energy with the experience of Greenwood Consultancy to create and deliver a bespoke experiential learning training course for my senior sales leadership team. Well we are back now and they have embraced the need for being Intune with your body. You cannot be successful at work if you do not have fulfilment in your life.
