I cannot fault Kristyn who works for this company. I booked a break for my family for my husbands 60th at the end of April. I was worried I would lose my holiday but thanks to the great customer service I have been offered a voucher that runs out at the end of 2021. Great customer service and would defiantly use this company again. Jackie
