Complete liars and cant fix lifts!!! 8 weeks and still not fixed excuse after lie non stop can even keep a straight story... please read this dont trust them with your safety lift door was left open on the 3rd floor for 3 weeks and they have no clue as to why its not working... with kids in the apartment anything could have happened the funniest thing is they claimed to have serviced it a couple weeks before it broke please save your time and money even if it more expensive your saftry is worth more!!!!
