Throughout the lockdown our lift decided to completely break down causing major problems with us being a care home. Our contracted lift company explained that they were running at a reduced staff level meaning we would have to wait 3/4 days for our lift to be attended to. This really wasn't good with us needing to use the lift frequently. I called Safe Working Lifts who were very happy to help and attended the breakdown within 4 hours despite us being a non-contract customer at the time! I have now signed a contract and couldn't be happier with this company! If I could rate more than 5 stars I would!

We were looking for a good lift service engineer in the south west and I'm so glad we found SW Lifts. They responded quickly, are affordable, pleasant to deal with and sorted out a number of issues with our lift which our previous service engineer had not spotted. We have now appointed them to service our lift every six months from now on.

Organised a visit from Safe Working Lifts for my elderly neighbour as her existing lift company let her down and wouldn't attend a breakdown until they had someone in the area. Safe Working Lifts engineers arrived within a few hours after making the phone call and had her lift up and running shortly after, and as it wasn't a long or difficult job did not charge us for the visit. Would 100% recommend and will use again.
