Bad experience at Tesco, confrontational and aggressive door staff. Whilst I whole heartedly agree with the sentiment there are ways of dealing with it, I do not appreciate finger wagging and being shouted at for hand sanitising!!!??? I have constantly thanked all front line workers in store, they are a lifeline but Tesco need to have people with the correct interpersonal skills to address issues.

Go in to buy groceries and come out with bunches of flowers on special. I can't resist flowers. These lasted over 2 weeks with a bit of extra care and attention. Tesco has almost anything you need for day-to-day living needs.

I don’t understand why two people can’t shop together from the same household, but a group of people from different households can go in at the same time? Me and my partner were refused entry but a whole group of teenagers were allowed in. Doesn’t make sense. If you’re going to make a rule, it should be in line with government policy

So upsetting.... Went into Tesco, Severn Brethan on Saturday 11.07.20 to do a small shop. Mask on. Absolutely gutted to see all safety markers, stickers, arrows had been removed from the store isles. It was a mass free for all. Sorry to say the .com pickers were one of the worst culprits. No respect for social distancing, no polite passage past, the general public some masked and some not were not adhering to any sort of sensibility. The guidelines are still stay alert. This pandemic is not over and everyone should still be cautious. Would it harm to keep your advisory markers and Isle directions in place? For the safe well being of your customers. Would it be woth a little re training your.com pickers? Can you advise your .com pickers to all wear masks, it may not look cool, but it adds protection. I'm sorry to say after 30 years shopping at Tesco I will not be going back. Very disappointed.
