Excellent, supportive, helpful and compassionate staff. Good selection of produce, always fresh. However, I do miss the fresh fish and cheese counters. Customer service staff, both on the phone and in the store are excellent and the staff in the phone shop are second to none! I enjoy meeting up with my friends for coffee here too.Well done, Tesco!!

I have visited the store in the evening of 22nd December and I left the store very distressed. I have purchased a bottle of Lanson champagne then I have changed my mind. A very helpful lady got hold of someone else to do the refund for me. This member of staff got to the till, took her mask off next to me and then after she touched the till screen a few times turned around to me and abrubtly said: 'put the card in'. I turned around and I said: 'Please'. She start raising her voice at me calling me 'rude', then she start shouting telling me off that I dared asking her to be polite, which I thought it was part of her job. To be honest, I couldn't believe how I have been spoken by this member of staff. I couldn't take more abuse and I asked to speak to a manager. The manager has arrived, and he agreed with me that a 'Please' and 'Thank you' it is part of a good customer service. Also I have asked to bring over this person (which I was told was called Hannah) to have a chat and hear what she has got to say but instead I was told that he will make sure that she will be reported to the store manager... A 'Please' and 'Thank you' can take you long way, and a MUST in customer service.
I visited the Mobile shop yesterday to upgrade my phone. I received amazing service from James and Leon who both went out of their way to make sure I was happy with everything. Many thanks
Confusing enforcement of alcohol policy. Wouldn’t let me buy a bottle of wine because I had my teenage daughter (13) with me and she didn’t have ID (obviously). Honestly laughed before I realised they were being serious.
They've got a lovely little cafe by the entrance.
