I had arranged a meeting for 1600 as it was the only time me and my partner could do. I am working nights and my partner days so this is the only time we could manage as I had told them. After 1615 we called the office and there was no apology or explanation, then at 1630 we called to cancel the appointment as we wouldn't be able to sort everything we needed to in 30 minutes again the call handler didn't seem to be at all bothered by this. At 1645 one of their agents arrived and just asked if we could reschedule, dont waste your time!!! Lots of people working as mortgage advisors so dont settle for poor service, if they cant be bothered to arrive when they say that shows the standards which are acceptable for them.
