This was just a passing visit on our way back from an out of lockdown trip to see family hoping to see a new 2021 X1 out on the forecourt. As its my first visit at these brand new premises I feel it has that wow factor. Not long now till we take delivery of our X1 which we ordered back in February.

Staff v helpful. All COVID measures used all the time so that was not an issue. Andy provided some excellent advice. The receptionist- new to her role & the system - was nonetheless vg.

A superb, newly built, flagship BMW dealership in a lovely setting. Lots of fantastic new and approved used cars to look at. Slick contactless check in system complimented by friendly staff. Honestly felt that this place is the epitome of the BMW brand. My waiting MOT was done quickly without any issues. I take my other car there on Monday so let’s hope it will be just as good.

I took my car for a routine service - all was handled professionally. There was some confusion in the morning as the garage had moved premises, which must have happened recently and wasn’t mentioned when I booked in. I was also not keen on the automated booking in system - leaving my keys in a box didn’t feel great and there was no provision for formally registering any extra questions. I did want a minor issue to be checked out as well as the service, so waited to talk to a real person ... in fact it was done so all was fine in the end. I went to collect my car later and found I should have paid in advance on some sort of automated system that I hadn’t been told about at the time. It was all fine and I paid at the garage. I do just feel that the personal element is missing, I could have had my car serviced without talking to a soul ..... doesn’t feel very much like customer service!

A nice new location for this dealership off the A3. My car had work carried out in March 2021. The quality of the work carried out was very good and as I expected. However, on the day of the work being undertaken I was left underwhelmed with no communication throughout the day. I had to chase for updates and a timeline, I wasn't even told if my car had passed it's MOT until I collected it.

An excellent system whilst in lockdown. Good communication to tell me what to do the day before and the auto check-in was painless and easy to use. A couple of calls during the day to tell me what was going on, payment by secure link before collection and auto check-out was seamless. Well done Barons!

Great service all round. I was contacted about a recall on my car. Check in for the work was completed online the night prior, and then keys dropped at a kiosk in the dealership. I’ve received a video health check of my car and car was valeted in and out. Great service, safely managed given the current environment. Many thanks Barons Hindhead

The automatic check-in works fine - but I was being sold to throughout the process. Given that my car was in for a recall visit, I felt I didn't need this process! Otherwise, all good.
