UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT - EXCELLENT SERVICE. The previous reviews that are about this repair shop are when they were being run by someone who clearly didn't care about Go Phone. This is a thousand miles away from the service I received today from Matthew at Go Phone. I had previously taken my phone to Greenpoint a little further down the street who had replaced the battery but after 12 hours the phone broke and they said that it couldnt be repaired and only said "it was one of those things!" Took it to Matthew at Go Phone and he had the phone repaired within 30 minutes and for half the cost of Greenpoint. What a guy and what amazing helpful service from a person who is passionate about his business. My son will be over the moon now he has is phone fixed. Thank you
The manager/owner was very kind and welcoming when I came in for my broken phone. He ensured that I had a pleasant and joyful experience and was very cheap! I recommend this store highly!!
