I hate this place and if I didn't have children I would never attend. Reception staff think they are god! Treat everyone like children. Then if you pay for lessons via direct debit you are lucky to get 8days notice of price increase which is yearly but no benefit to us as they are rubbish! If you forget your card they are ot aloud\ to let you through even when checking on the computer to check your suppose to be there. The pool is FREEZING all year round, expect blue lips!! Swimming class groups too large. Never answer their phones. Not easy to get to via public transport. Now they have taken the blue over shoes away you are expected to take shoes off.... so wet socks or take those off too..... no thanks!
