I hand over my prescription on april together with my phone number because one of my medicine has to be ordered. I went there after 3 weeks and one of the lady said they are not able to order. I been today 26.06.2019 to ask for my prescription back and surprise !!!!! They proces my order in 05.06.2019 and nobody call me to tell me !!!!! 3 month !!!! Boots shame on you !!!!
They are only allowing 3 customers in at a time. I only went to collect a parcel I had ordered.but it was dealt with quickly.
I have been using this boots for many years now, the staff are secound to none. Well done to them all. I wouldn't wish to go any where else Isabella x
Says I can only give it one star but I’ll give it less than that if I could I went there today at 1:30 To collect a prescription that I had asked for at 10 o’clock after waiting for about 15 minutes The small grey haired woman with glasses came to the door and told me and an elderly couple that would have to come back at 3 o’clock when they reopen and I was fuming that I’ve been standing there for 15 minutes waiting for a prescription that was already ready but she told me I came back at three try to speak to the manager she was so rude had to re-queue up for another hour to get in I complained to her she said what if you complain it just goes to me anyway. And I asked if I could take it higher where do I need to go she said it doesn’t matter I’ll just come straight through to me anyway which I’m pretty sure it’s not true and the woman that spoke to me earlier he’s behind the counter and then say nothing absolutely disgusted in the service
