Saw a lovely Chinese lady who done Acupuncture on my Neck and Right Shoulder as I over stretched the muscles what caused Tention which locked my Neck and Shoulder. When the lady done it, wasn't painful was quite relaxing and helped alot to easy the pain sep joint point what still hurt to touch. Pain went for 4 hours then came back a lil what's bareable
