I had a catheter ablation procedure performed by Dr Neil Srinivasan and his team on February 16th. I cannot praise the efficiency and kindliness enough of everyone involved both prior to the procedure and on the day itself. Between Dr Neil and his team and the nursing staff on Thames Ward I could not have been in better and safer hands. Thank you.

Very very good hospital. Have been here quite a few times and all the staff are superb and the best, they always put the health of the patient first and never rush anything and ensure the patient is satisfied with the treatment and outcome. However, car parking is awfully hard both here and at the Basildon Hospital main multi-storey car park

Amazing hospital and people, diabolical parking. Visiting the Cardiac unit during visiting hours we have had to wait an hour and a half to park on a one in one out basis. I have also noticed an outpouring from the multi storey just after 5 leaving the conclusion there is a lot of staff car parking in there to add to the volume.
