The Manager at this branch is SO rude... Aggressive tone and called me "disgusting" because my wooden pallets were broken. I would advise using a different company. Customer service is so important for shipping company. Will definitely not use them again.

Easy to find, fast, friendly and efficient service. Staff will go out of their way if you have a small load to tip, i.e they will unload one pallet ahead of (or whilst) tipping a full lorry. Posted by a very happy Otec driver.
