I think the Basildon branch are very professional. Unfortunately they rely on other branches in other parts of the country for your consignment to arrive at its destination. Some of these branches are quite frankly useless and could not care less. It is also near on impossible to contact anyone from TNT when they have lost your consignment, which happens on a regular basis. Basildon are a strong link in an otherwise weak and rusty chain... TNT are the worst in an industry that consistently fails to perform to an acceptable standard (IMO)

TNT is the worst provider I have ever encountered in my life. Unfortunately Home office used TNT to deliver the BRP card. Online tracking does not work. Called current service - more than an hour waiting time each time, get cut off right after getting through. And the one I finally managed to speak with was rude Anyways - it has been pushed twice my delivery. Still waiting and doesn’t seem like I’m getting it anytime soon And as I’m typing this - still on phone trying to get through. An hour and 20 minutes.

I came home today to find I had missed a delivery. I have tried to rearrange this but it doesnt recognise the consignment number written on the card. This means I cannot rearrange the delivery
