We visit here as frequently as we are able. New menu choices, good food served in sizable portions and always very tasty. The staff are lovely and very accommodating. Upstairs bar due to open soon for those that just want their thirst quenching.

Roast chicken was dry , served with one mushroom , one tomato and chips : did not order chips , had to ask again for sweet potato fries which I requested at the beginning: No desire to go there again There was no atmosphere, had better food in cafes
A decent restaurant serving a good standard of traditional food in a pleasant but intimate setting. Parking is good and free next to the former pub and is located on the main road, so easy to find as a traveller.
