The person allocated to me was a lady called Charlotte, she was excellent, kept me updated, she was super helpful, answered my queries, returned my calls straight away, couldn’t have asked for anything more, nothing was too much trouble. excellent customer service. Even returned my car back to my home address to save me arranging travel to collect my car! I have full confidence in Audi Basingstoke. Well done and thank you.

Ultimately it's a car dealership. But I've always been treated well there. New waiting area is comfortable (I just spent 4 hours there) with refreshments available.
