I hired a cement mixer for the day. After being told it would be before 9, it turned up at 10:20 after chasing them. They said that they had to go and collect it a small they were out which mean stuff they rented me something they didn't have in stock. This cost me about 90 in unused labour this morning - very very dissapointing and I wouldn't have even known had I no to called to chase.
