Pretty poor show. Everyone with a softener knows there is a salt shortage but hopes it will be fixed soon. Their website shows stock, after ringing round friends and arranging an order of 50 bags to split between 5 people they then cancel the order as there is no stock till Jan at the earliest. Not the way I’d run a business, other items show ‘out of stock’ they must be after your cash to hold for future deliveries.
