Would be much nicer if the ladie serving would focus on the customer in front of them rather than talking to a friend that they had just served and would be nice of the managers to actually pull the girl up on it instead of continuing to let her yell across the shop floor to said friend .

Its all about me, excellent selection good location. Just a nightmare paying on this occasion. Also disappointed with how the assistant bagged up my items after I paid, one step away from screwing them up.
Poor customer service. when offered a quick and easy registration for newlook card, it took longer than expected as the staff didn’t look too sure of what they were doing, i told them i was in a rush, i can get the card next time but they kept insisting that i get it on the day as it’s ‘faster in store’, clearly not as it wasted my time and made me late for my next appointment. I hope they listen to their customers from now on and not give them rude looks as they exit. i would give the customer service no stars if i could.
Always fun cheap and slightly funky clothes shopping experience. I never leave empty handed and it doesn't break the back. Yes the clothes are cheaply put together , but that's the point ....throw away , not too precious and makes you feel 10 years younger !
No minus 2 stars from that. Their plus size corner just got smaller with little choice. Staff still awesome and I got me some stuff for my holiday!
