Excellent service, great price, huge selection of yarns and next day delivery. I had searched the usual sites for stylecraft classique cotton in ivory when I happened on Pack Lane Wool and the spotted what I needed on their website. To make sure I telephoned the shop about 9.30am on Monday to check they had stock. The lady l I spoke to checked and confirmed they did. I ordered on line straight away. Imagine my surprise when a package containing yarn, 3 knitting pattern cards and a 10% off voucher dropped through my letter box at 10.20am the following day!

Lots of choice of wool, well laid out. Helpful staff, easy to talk to. Parking is difficult If there are more than 2 or 3 customers. Yummy tea shop with homemade cakes.
I ordered some wool from Pack Lane Wool & crafts two days ago, Zoe contacted me yesterday to discuss a substitution for one of the items, she was so very pleasant and helpful. All my items arrived this morning, I was amazed because so many other companies are taking so long. Thank you so much Zoe, you have saved my sanity during this isolation.
