I called him out for twice for the same leak, the source of which I would have expected him to find after 2 attempts. Not just change a washer, present me with an invoice and say job done. During the night, the softener supply pipe failed, which I would have expected him to have identified as the source of the initial leak. This caused mains pressure water to flood the garage. His insurance company would not pay out for the damage, which I believe he is accountable for, despite charging me to supposedly fix the leak. He did replace the supply pipes afterwards free of charge, but after the considerable damage had occurred.
Fantastic customer service. Would recommend Phil to anyone.
