I just had my first year service done by Snows Peugeot Basingstoke. I was very impressed with the customer service, the communication, the friendliness and politeness of the staff, pretty much everything was spot on. Gary Wright even helped to organise a test drive of one of their electric car while an extra task was carried out on my 508. Gary also recommended a 3 year service plan for my car which is more cost effective than ”pay as you go”. I have to mention David and Oliver as well at the sales department. They were also very friendly, informative but not too pushy, so I’m sure I’ll be back to do some deal for my wife’s car soon.
