My wife and I would like to state,that dealing with your Sales Rep Grant Willis, was an extreme pleasure from the day we first met him. His attitude was so different to any other Sales Rep we had ever encountered over the past 20 years. Wanting to know what we wanted in the car we were looking for rather than just showing us what he had, how refreshing to find a person interested in what we really wanted. From then to when we picked up our new car it was always a real pleasure dealing with him. His professionalism was another outstanding feature. Having been a Police Officer running my own Police Station and then as Manager of a Stationary Company, he would have been the person I would have enjoyed being with me. I am sure Snows must feel very proud,to have such a person working for them

Have nothing but good to say about it Snows Seat Basingstoke. Made an online enquiry about a car and within no time was contacted about the car I wanted by Mark and everything from there was just brilliant, Mark was always available and kept me in the loop from start to finish. Managed to get the car I wanted and absolute love it. Brilliant service from Mark and the team and would not hesitate to buy from there again and definitely made the 2 and a half hour journey worth it. Thanks again!
Good customer experience in new sales at Snows Basingstoke. I wanted a new car but when that didn't suit my needs I was able to get a used model that was a good fit. Mark the sales guy was excellent and we got the car, and the deal I wanted. A simple process, without being pushy.
I am extremely grateful to Mark at SEAT Snows Basingstoke, not only have I ended up with exactly what I was needing but the process was easy and stress-free. Mark was extremely helpful without being 'pushy', he listened to what I needed in a car and helped to find a car that was within my budget and once he found one the process was over within a week! Mark was quick to reply to all of my questions via email and made sure that he touched base a couple of days after I had purchased the car to make sure I was getting on okay. I have never owned a SEAT vehicle before but am really pleased with the product, the car drives really well and suits my daily needs. I am thrilled with my new car and would definitely recommend this dealership.
