Abrasive salesperson on collection, couldn't wait to get rid of us (after spending over 20K on the car). Nothing was explained - he didn't have time to go through all the controls, "it's all in the handbook". No handbook! Took 4 to 5 phone calls over several weeks to finally get the handbook, all the time being fobbed off with excuses and "leave it with me, I'll sort it out". Not impressed! Took it for an annual service a month ago, and guess what? No service log book, so I contacted Snow's who said that they would have a look around, but may need to order a new one, saying it would be with me within the week. Six weeks later and I am still waiting! Rubbish aftersales. Would not recommend or use again!

Pathetic, even lack of service. I’ve complained to Volvo about this branch in past and have done so again yesterday. They don’t seem to learn any lessons though. Unlike their own branch in Winchester, they cant care less for the customer.
Excellent service both before and after the sale. Definitely recommend

Due to works, I couldn't find the entrance and left.
No where to park .No one to talk to about the cars out front so no one selling these cars ? No wonder sales are down on new cars.
