Great service. Our furniture had to go into store for 3 months. The guys were very careful with loading to make sure nothing was loose within the crates risking breakage. They removed from store again very carefully. It rained all day but everything was covered as it was carried from lorry to the house so nothing at all got wet. We moved from a fully furnished 3 bedroom house with quite a few ornaments and fragile items but nothing whatsoever was broken or damaged. Charges were very competitive. Staff were friendly and helpful. Office back up was very efficient. We would strongly recommend Baters to carry out storage and removals.

I used Baters to store my household goods for around 18 months following an international move back to the UK. They subsequently delivered them very well to a new home in London alongside the contents of an apartment in London I had been living in. While storing the goods they enabled various items to be taken away (for refurbishment) or added (for subsequent delivery). The firm was very pleasant, flexible and easy to deal with throughout my dealings with them - with an excellent three-man delivery team. I wholeheartedly recommend them and am very grateful I chose to work with them.
