I just cannot recommend this company. I was promised a 50 'voucher' as a new customer. The company paid 50 to my friend who recommended A-plan to me but mine never came. I had several conversations with the staff. They each promised to resolve the issue but failed to. I got an email eventually relating to the gift. I followed the instructions but nothing came of it. My renewal quote is now higher than the previous years insurance so they're just recouping the \gift\ that my friend received but i didn't. The staff appear to not have a clue about their own products and services. Some knew about the 'new customer' gift and others didn't. They didn't return calls when promising they would. Just appalling! I found a quote online which is over 120 cheaper with a very reputable insurer. The excess is less too. I won't be wasting my time or energy on A-plan again.
