This is about CityDoc in general and not linked to any particular site, as in this case it seems they were facilitators for tests: A week now since taking PCR test and still waiting for a result, impossible to get through on the phone to query. The 50 is a booking fee (the full cost is 125), a note not made sufficiently clear on the website. So, test taken, no results, waste of money, should have just used Boots in retrospect. I would hope my experience a rare outlier, but looking at CityDoc reviews from other sites (which I should have done and I suggest you do as well), my experience isn't uncommon with many others who used CityDoc for Covid tests. I want a refund.
