Just wanted to say what great service I received from Coopers of Bath, specifically Roland who has been incredibly helpful. I had to get a replacement cooker installed in my elderly uncles home in Bath. I am stuck in Scotland. Roland arranged everything including putting me in touch with excellent tradesman for the installation. The cooker was competitively priced and just what I needed. I could not have asked for better support and customer focus. I can't recommend Coopers highly enough. Thank you.

Wanting to support a local family business, we have just ordered a fridge freezer and washing machine from Coopers. Great range to choose from in their store. Customer service was key for us and they were super friendly and able to guide us through the various options so we could make an informed decision ourselves - no hard sell. Fantastic service all round.
This company is amazing! Helped me get hold of the fridge I wanted when decent fridges are nearly impossible to find currently. The delivery guys were lovely and helpful too. I highly recommend them.
In the process of purchasing a house currently, and one thing that'd been a constant source of stress was the new kitchen appliances I'd need to sort out - an area completely unfamiliar to me. I was therefore delighted that Roland, one of the members of the store, was about as helpful as he could have possibly been. Recommendations across multiple brands custom to my needs, fit perfectly within my budget, and provided optional extras to improve the space. I cannot stress just how much this put me at ease. I am now completely stress-free with regards to this element of the house purchase, and it excites me knowing I'm one step closer to cleaning it all up. Having worked in sales for two years with similarly priced high-end products, Roland is the epitome of a valuable member of the team and I hope he is recognised as such by his peers. Although I myself will be leaving Bath in the next few months, multiple friends of mine are also in the process of buying houses and I will be eagerly recommending this store to them thanks to Roland's support.
Pending a kitchen renovation, we'd spent time before and after Christmas comparing appliances recommended by Which magazine. Once we'd decided on a Fridge Freezer, hob, dishwasher and oven, we looked for the best pricing. It turned out to be Coopers Stores, items they were in stock and delivered with advice on how to install. Recommended seller!
