Discrimination!!! I do not recommend this restaurant the manager discriminates against people with mental disorders, the bullying is very aggressive. Today I was in this restaurant I stayed not pleasantly served I do not recommend and please avoid this restaurant.

This place is so fun. Everything is immaculate, clean and well cared for. The decor is modern, colourful and fun to look at. Everyone in our group of 5 found exactly what we wanted and it was all prepared quickly and made to look beautiful. The create your own options on the menu also mean that everyone should be able to find something that they like. One downside is that the savoury menu isn't available in this branch, but we all wanted a sugar overload anyway, so that didn't bother us.
I genuinely like the Creams Franchise being one of the first customers in one of the earliest branches in Norbury, the menu is great and the variety of choices has expanded so much. my review is based on the experience from my first and only visit to this branch. The staff was brilliant but my food experience was not so great, the sundae my partner ordered was perfect but the waffles order for myself and children were not so parts of it were uncooked wet and pasty. From what was edible it was fine, one of the most generous stores in regards to toppings, but based on the food and previous stores within the chain previously visited i could only honestly give a medium score this time around. First impressions count but I believe in the chain and a better experience in the future can change a mediocre experience ( of food quality).
Order and ice cream and they gave me the cone broken also throwing me the spoon on top he dirty counter. I am paying almost 5 pounds for an ice-cream that it shouldn't cost that. I used to go there. Not anymore
Good healthy meals for the non diabetic as everything is packed with sugar! Great tasting though and lots of options for those who are lactose intolerant or vegan. Bit pricy though.

Food was delicious. If you go in you should get your money worth and get the most sugary mess of a plate ! I had waffles with hazelnut spread kinder bueno and ice cream. The young lad who served me at the bar was very polite and professional and the atmosphere was all round friendly and fun. Though somebody did leave an absolute depth charge in the men's toilets upstairs which absolutely stunk out the whole top floor. This is not the fault of the staff. If you are reading this, the man who decimated that toilet... you are vile.
