I like this place. It's under cover, as it's actually in the old train station. Great for browsing for old jewellery, furniture, coins, medals, records etc. There is also a varied selection of small stalls selling food. There is a place that does great pizzas which has a proper huge pizza oven. The car park can get very busy at weekends due to it being owned by Sainsbury's and it has a 90 minute stay limit and is monitored by automatic parking cameras, so be careful not to overstay.

When on holiday in England we buy food from the farmers' market every Saturday. Meat from butcher Andrew which is so so good as are his stories about the breeds, sourdough bread from the Oven, vegetables, strawberries and jam, what else do you need?

Eclectic mix of goods, ranging from local cheese to game, great fun for kids.

The fresh fish and especially the crayfish tails are worth a trip anytime, and during lockdown have been a bit of a life saver.
