Brilliant selection of beds and the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. After 6 months of my wife looking we managed to find the perfect range for our room and we purchased the most comfortable mattress I have ever used. I can't thank Mark and Natalie enough for their help and will always recommend this store. Perfect shopping experience !!

Just an update - my order has now arrived - thank you Seriously, i would prefer to give no stars but the lowest i can give is 1 star! Feather and Black owe me money, they have ignored my emails and calls for the last several days and lied to me about my delivery. I hope this gets a response but i doubt it - i will be taking legal action over the money you owe me Please beware everyone ordering from their website
Wish I had read these poor reviews before buying! Awful customer service. I’ve called, emailed and gone into the store and only on the 5th occasion did I successfully get through to someone. Bought a bed. Granted I wanted to change the colour of the bed I bought. Given it was only 10 days over the exchange period time and the box hadn’t been touched let alone opened, I thought they might kindly allow me to CHANGE colour! How wrong I was!!! I was planning to buy other items from here but I’ll go to loaf or graham and green instead. At least their customer service is second to none. Really short sighted from F&B! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!

It’s been impossible to contact the customer service team. After spending over two hours trying to simply update my address details and have a manager call me...guess what? Nothing! Several calls, emails etc and no contact An email from the delivery firm with another wrong address #donotwasteyourmoney #willneverbuyfromthemagain Still waiting on my very simple order...
