Like many of us I’ve always enjoyed a sauna after day’s skiing and the idea of installing one at home seemed a great idea in view of our climate! Relaxing in the warmth of your own sauna at the end of the day is a simple pleasure either with family, friends or by yourself and is not as expensive as you might imagine, it’s about the same as a hot tub. Simply reach for the app on your phone and start up your favourite individual sauna session and you’ll be good to go in about 20 minutes, time enough to decide what essential oil you’d like to enjoy and in my case what chilled sounds I’ll listen to, if any. Personally I train at home rather than a gym so I use the sauna several times a week as does my wife after a hard day on the farm.
