I’ve used Haven Timber as the main supplier for my company for a while now. Their service is outstanding. Never any problems and always more than happy to help. James really knows his stuff when it comes to their products and the yard lads are only to happy to help out if needed. Their delivery service is always prompt and unloaded with care. All in all a brilliant timber company to deal with. Highly recommend

Just been over to Haven earlier today. Bought a log store, a lovely garden seat, a couple of fence panels with post and some fantastic solar lights that I put in the garden earlier and they were exactly as the staff described. The service from the Haven people was superb, so knowledgeable and helpful. Long live the local suppliers...... so much better than a B&Q experience :-)
So impressed with the quality of turf we ordered from Haven Timber - the best we have found and very very reasonably priced. We have exceptionally high standards at There She Mows and have rejected turf on delivery from other suppliers in the past. Haven Timber's was nothing less than outstanding. Our customers are delighted with their transformed 200sqm garden. Not 1 roll had a weed nor damage. James has a fabulous team working for him there too, all the staff have been great to deal with, delivered on time and nothing is too much trouble. We won't be buying turf from anywhere else now! Thanks guys, finally a company we can rely on!

A DIY project meant replacing fences and building walls from sleepers. After visiting other timer suppliers I called into Haven Timber and was immediately impressed by the knowledge and helpfulness of James who was serving me. I handed him a poorly drawn plan of what I was planning to do, after what seemed like no time at all he produced a very well priced estimate. The thing that made me order on the spot was the fact James had included all the bits that I hadn’t even asked for, postcrete, screws, nails, so everything I required for the job. James also advised me on spacings between posts and answered all my questions which reassured me further. The delivery driver was prompt and even took the delivery to the rear garden, this meant negotiating a narrow alley with 3.6m timbers which he did with a cheerful smile. The after sales service was also flawless, a change in design meant extra wood required which was once again delivered on time. We had some gravel boards which appeared darker than some of the others, James changed these without question and rang after to make sure I was happy with the new boards. It’s a shame that as this is a one off project, I will probably will not deal with Haven Timber again but it’s been a pleasure to have done so, ordering, quality of product, delivery and after sales has been 2nd to none and I could only recommend you use this company.
