Absolutely fantastic in bringing together a design that was attractive and functional, within my budget. The resulting designs went beyond the new space and helped maximise and repurpose the existing building. I'm especially pleased with the clarity in which all stages of the process were explained to me, and the professionalism that all objections and comments were handled when seeking planning permission. We asked Verity to plan a 2 storey extension plus a large garage on a tricky angular shaped plot, where every millimetre was crucial to make it worthwhile. Not only did she achieve this, our plans made us realise what a brilliant small plot we had bought, and now we have a huge (well for an Edwardian terrace!) open plan kitchen/diner/lounge, a new studio/office room with an outside terrace and views to die for, and we can fit 2 cars in our new garage plus ample parking. We could have never achieved this without Verity’s skills and belief in our project. Thank you so much.
