Some of the best veggie food I've ever had. Just beautiful, delicious food in a comfortable and friendly setting. Awesome staff and very reasonable prices. Bonus points for the awesome home made soft drinks

I’m not veggie / vegan, but my girlfriend and friend are. This was one of the best meals I had in 2020! Seriously good, innovative, delicious, filling vegan food. The rosemary polenta chips, roast cauliflower, hazelnut agnolotti, pumpkin with almond curry sauce were all exceptional. Plus decent wines and excellent desserts. Not ridiculously expensive either! I’ll eat here again when visiting Bath and go for the tasting menu with wines as a special treat.
Absolutely stunning food. I've been to a fair few places since lockdown eased up, and I preferred this place to the Ivy up the road! I might be baised as a vegan, but it was so refreshing to have so much choice on the menu for once. The atmosphere was cosy, I sat on a chair that was lopsided and swapped it, but that did not diminish my evening. We were brought table water without needing to ask, and told that the dishes were a bit smaller like tapas and good to get a few and share, and asked if I wanted my dishes to be vegetarian or vegan. The olives were sublime, the salads were fresh, innovative and delicious. The mix of sweet, nutty, warm, cold and creamy was amazing, I could hardly believe that I was eating a full vegan meal. The drinks were exciting as well, a lovely red house wine for my mother and a fig fizz for me. The decorations were suitable and detailed, the bathroom was clean, and cute. Very happy with the service as well, the team really knew what they were doing. I thought the bill would come to 70 quid but it was almost half that amount, very reasonably priced indeed, can't wait to return. ;)
I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. Perfect atmosphere, lovely low key and tasteful furnishings, relaxed and ideal lighting. The food is absolutely stunning and very good wines to accompany. Really excellent experience all round.
Some of the best food I have ever eaten (and I am not even vegan), the 5 course tasting menu was interesting and delicious, I loved some of the ice creams and different textures. I would love to know how they made the mushroom parfait! Negatives - Wine list is small and expensive, they ran out of some options. Also, we sat in the basement steering into a wall so the setting could have been a little more scenic. Dinner for 2 people with wine was 160, not too bad for fine dining.
