Got my mother a handbag for a special birthday prezzie! Lots of choice and staff were helpful. As it was a prezzie we had it gift wrapped and a gift receipt. Good work Radley, keep it up!

Just got a bag for my sister here; they were so helpful! Great sale, too. 10/10 would recommend.
This is the second time of visiting this shop having traveled from Devon especially and I was hoping for a better experience this time but sadly it was not to be. It was not a pleasant shopping experience. Whilst I may have bought sale items, I did spend quite a considerable amount and would have expected to be treated with the same curtsy offered full paying customer. However the staff were rude and grumpy, especially when I asked about the offers they had on. I was told ‘madam they don’t apply to you, you have only bought sale items’ or ‘that’s not in the sale someone’s put it in the wrong place you can’t have 30%of that!’. I think the staff need some retraining in customer service! I was calm and pleasant which I sadly can’t say the staff were! If I didn’t want my purchases so much I’d have walked out! Come on Bath staff, sort yourself out. Everyone deserves to be treated the same no matter what they buy or how much they spend.
I love Radley. Customer service as excellent as the bags.
