Excellent little place. Was a hailstorm and I ran down the street, inside to be met with a quiet scene but Irish music and lovely local beers. Great atmosphere and by the time we left an hr or so later, the place was full but socially distanced with everyone abiding by the rules and enjoying the music.

First time visiting, what a lovely pub, staff are brilliant and they have extra seating outside the front and back to accommodate everyone. The drinks are worth every penny
This pub has been transformed by Ellie and John from a somewhat forlorn venue to a seriously good place to share a drink with friends, or if you are alone, to make new acquaintances. A truly friendly vibe, interesting and intelligent music choices, and, if you time it right, excellent live gigs. Covid has curtailed much of the fun during recent months, but the team have been working behind the scenes to ensure that the comeback offering will be even more awesome. Personally, I can’t wait, and I’m also looking forward to the new menu. Great job, team !
A total much needed and very well done revamp at this long established location in the city. Lots of well spent money has opened up this venue. A good selection of real ales, including 3Daggers. Definitely worth a revisit
Good pub, group of Musicians, lively Irish music! first time there with my bubble. Sensible measures, basic choice of food but it allows pub to open so go with it. Shame some people not eating much of their food, leads to wastage. Perhaps should be allowed to take it home? Thanks :-)
Grapes has been well done out, my only issue is with the choice of cider. Thatchers gold is nicer than Midford and Iford and I think it would do them well to add it to the collection. Service is very friendly and welcoming. Interior decor is nice as well.
Lovely little pub with loads of character. The lady behind the bar was very welcoming. Will definitely visit again when we go Bath. Our visit was on 13th October.
