I went on the Curing and Smoking Course and it was a wonderful day out. The location and facilities are of the very best and the hosts are welcoming, friendly and fun. The expert tuition from Steve Lamb really ignited my desire to try out what I had learned and I was also able to taste some wonderful food. A real 'hands on' day that has given me an exciting new hobby that I shall be able to explore and develop. Thanks, Bod and all of your team!
What a wonderful day we had on their foraging course! They brought in a local expert, who took us out on a rambling walk around the countryside, educating us on what to eat (and what not to!) and we gathered stuff to take back and cook with later on. Foraging and cooking all in one, and we got to eat it all too! The staff were amazing, and welcomed us into their home. I can't recommend this place highly enough...
