Booked van when I came in I was told I would have time to think the van over as i was after a bigger van and that I would have till half 5 to decided as it was booked for myself. Sat in the car park for 10mins then went back into be told the van was already booked out and there was no manager even though I saw all other staff member in the back. Poor service
