Purchased a used Peugeot 3008 from Parks a couple of weeks ago and the service was first class from both Adam and Stephen Milligan. Had a small issue with the car which they resolved at their earliest convenience. Got a great deal and would certainly look to purchase my next car from them.

We don't normally leave reviews but felt we needed to on this occasion. We recently purchased a used Jeep from Parks and I have to say how impressed with the overall service from start to finish! The salesman Alex Maxwell was extremely professional, called when he said, kept us up to date and never pushy. Prior to purchasing he emailed us a full video to show inside and outside the car, really useful indeed. We were met at the train station by Alex who was there early ready and waiting. On arrival at Park's, the car there ready washed and waiting for us. We were left to inspect the car again no pressure and took our time, exactly as described from the video and photos. Alex had the car ready to go, tax'd, fueled and all paperwork professional done. Alex again promised a follow up call to make sure we were all happy, again he did. I was also surprised that they also included a 1 year warranty within the sale price. The car was already cheaper than any I could find and this give us an extra peace of mind. Based on our experience we wouldn't hesitate to recommend and use Park's again. Thank you Alex for the excellent service which made the whole process a dream. We love the car too which was an excellent deal! This is exactly how business should be done and service like this deserves 5 stars! Vicki & Neil

This was my first dealings with this garage and I must say I was hugely impressed especially considering we are in lockdown, everything was done in a safe and secure way, I was especially impressed by Alex the motability salesman who was great, he kept me informed at every point of the process and nothing was a bother to him, he really is a credit to his employers, thanks for all your help Alex

i initially had a great experience having being recommended by my dad to this branch and Adam the salesman started well finding me a car in my budget, however was promised car would be on site from another branch within a couple of days which became a whole week by this time i was without a car that whole week, having to rely on my dad for lifts i was never contacted by the salesman that whole week to keep me updated and actually came down on the Wednesday to find car was not on site as promised, when the car did come on site he did do a citnow for me which was perfect, however once i picked up car it became very clear quickly that third gear was grinding and had to come in for a few days to be looked at and fixed,my dad was promised 50 recommendation fee within days of me picking up car we are now in week 2 and still no money in bank,the only saving grace was Angela in service who kept me up to speed even when nothing had changed so i would give her a 5 star for her level of customer service and the fact that they dropped the car off at my house due to my own work commitments, i am in the business my self so can understand things can go wrong however the car should have been checked before it came to Bathgate branch on its road test by the buying branch East Kilbride and again by the Bathgate Branch .

This was my first visit to the Peugeot branch, I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the showroom, I was greeted by Stephen(sales manager) & Alex(Motability expert), both were very friendly & helpful and genuinely listened to what my requirements were. I was given time to view my desired model, with absolutely no sales pressure. Both colleagues couldn’t have been more helpful and understanding this resulted in me placing an order with them on my 1st visit. The nice touches were Alex sent a thank you email and kindly provided a walk around video to show my boy’s even this video was personalised. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending both colleagues and look forward to a good long term relationship with them and the branch.
