If you're looking for a quiet peaceful walk where you can go at your own pace and meet decent friendly people then this is the place to visit. My only gripe would be ( Not the park ) JUST THE INCONSIDERATE DOG OWNERS WHO DONT BAG AND BIN THEIR DOGS POO THEY SHOULD JUST STAY AT HOME. WE'RE WATCHING THEM.
